The holiday decorations have gone up around Islands of Adventure and the holidays officially start on November 17 at the Universal Orlando Resort. If you want to get a little holiday merchandise Earl-y, Earl is here to help! More new Earl the Squirrel merchandise has popped up for the holiday season here at the Universal Orlando Resort. Earl the Squirrel has really become an icon of the holidays here at the Universal Orlando Resort! Move over, Grinch.
Earl and Friend Holiday Tumbler – $21
Looking for a new way to carry your favorite holiday beverages? The Earl the Squirrel tumbler is perfect for taking your drinks on the go. The tumbler also comes with a straw for easy sipping of your holiday eggnog.
The tumbler is black with a red, white, and green festive holiday print around the entire cup. The front shows Earl and his female companion in a wreath with “Universal Studios” across the bottom.
The print matches some of the other merchandise available, with an “ugly sweater” style pattern of squirrels, acorns, campers, snowflakes, and trees.
Earl and Friend Pin – $10
Add a little holiday spirit to your Universal pin collection with this fun new Earl pin. At this time, his female companion is still unnamed, but the duo look adorable together. Earl is wearing his fur-lined trapper hat with a grin on his face. The pair are situated popping out of a glittery wreath with a bow.
Merry and Nutty Earl Pin – $10
If you prefer Earl solo, there’s also a pin of him on his own with his camper. The camper and tree in the background have Christmas lights twisting all around them and Earl has a string of lights in his hands. The real squirrel that Earl is based on was known to mess with the lights in the Christmas tree at Universal Studios Florida, so it’s no surprise Earl has gotten into the Christmas lights again. The background of the pin is an icy blue and silver glitter that looks like snow. “Merry and Nutty” are written across the top in red lettering. At the bottom, “Universal Studios” is written in smaller text.
Universal Orlando Resort also previewed Earl the Squirrel Annual Passholder merchandise coming soon. If you’re an Annual Passholder, don’t forget the UOAP merchandise bounce back offer will be returning for the holiday season. Starting on November 17, passholders can take advantage of this perk. When spending $125 in a single transaction, after discount and before tax, guests will get a discount of $25 off a future purchase over $75. You can read more details on this Passholder exclusive offer in our post here. If you’re an Annual Passholder with your eyes on any of the new holiday merchandise this season, you may want to wait until November 17 to start your shopping!
At this time, the Earl the Squirrel holiday merchandise is available in the Port of Entry Christmas Shoppe at Islands of Adventure. The merchandise will become available in more locations as we get closer to the holidays. The Holiday Tribute Store should have all of this merchandise available once it opens for the season. The Tribute Store will have a passholder preview on November 9 before opening to everyone the following day.
Earl has become quite the icon over the years.
