Let’s go try a NEW treat at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party!
There’s a lot to do at this holiday party, like watch the parade, view the holiday fireworks show, and get free cookies and hot cocoa around Magic Kingdom. But right now there’s a specialty treat that’s caught our eye, and we’re heading to Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Café to try it out.
Over at Pecos Bill, there are a few exclusive treats available during the holiday party.
These items are ONLY available during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party:
- Chicken Tamale served “Christmas-style” with mild red chile and green chile-pumpkin seed sauces, cilantro rice, pinto beans, and queso fresco (Available during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party only)
- Chocolate Eggnog Reindeer: Chocolate tart topped with eggnog mousse and chocolate antlers (New) (Available during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party only)
- Orange-Cranberry Pineapple Punch with a hint of “smoke” from the fireplace (Non-alcoholic beverage) (New) (Available during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party only)
Right now, though, we’re just trying one thing: DESSERT! Let’s grab that Chocolate Eggnog Reindeer.
This treat is a chocolate tart topped with eggnog mousse and chocolate antlers, and it costs $6.99.
If you’re not an eggnog fan, just know right off the bat that when they call this an eggnog dessert they mean it. The eggnog mousse definitely tastes like eggnog. But it goes really well with the thick and rich chocolate tart it sets on top of. We would consider the chocolate more of a dark chocolate; it’s more bitter than it is sweet.
The mousse is light and fluffy, giving us an almost gelatinous feel. If you like dark chocolate and/or eggnog then you definitely need to head to Pecos Bill to get your own!
We found Rudolph! At least in this treat! This is the Chocolate Eggnog Reindeer at Pecos Bill Tall Inn & Cafe for $6.99!
