“New adventures” will debut on Star Tours – The Adventure Continues at Disneyland Park during the “Star Wars”-centric Season of the Force celebration next year. Season of the Force will run from April 5 through June 2, 2024; Star Tours – The Adventure Continues is currently anticipating an Ahsoka Tano-centric update.
New Star Tours Adventure Debuting for Season of the Force
Disneyland Park announced the window for next year’s Season of the Force on December 4, writing the following:
Season of the Force arrives at Disneyland park with Hyperspace Mountain and specially themed food and beverage, merchandise and more for a limited time. Debuting during the celebration, you’ll be able to embark on new adventures aboard Star Tours – The Adventures Continue, and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will provide fresh perspective on the fireworks above Disneyland park, with galactic music sweeping through the spires.
Season of the Force will see the Hyperspace Mountain overlay return to Space Mountain in Tomorrowland and “a fresh perspective on the fireworks above Disneyland Park” visible from Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
The timeline matches up with a Star Tours update that was announced at Star Wars Celebration 2022 and reiterated at Star Wars Celebration 2023. At this year’s festival, it was confirmed that the update will feature planets previously unexplored on the ride.
Though again not confirmed, the new scenes will likely center around Ahsoka Tano, who was announced to be coming to Star Tours at Disneyland Park, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disneyland Paris “next spring” at this year’s Destination D23.
