Refurbishment work seems to be complete on the Rainforest Cafe façade in Disney Springs, which has been under construction since September.
Rainforest Cafe Construction Complete
The volcano façade was previously surrounded by scaffolding and construction walls were around the restaurant’s entrance, although it remained open.
Scaffolding and construction walls have been completely removed. There are no significant changes to the façade. Crews likely just did some painting and worked on the light-up Rainforest Cafe signs.
Disney Springs recently gained some new dining venues. Summer House on the Lake offers a long menu of California-inspired fare plus a quick-service Cookie Bar. The new eet by Maneet Chauhan may be the best counter service restaurant at Disney Springs. A new GoJuice food truck has also arrived, serving up smoothies and acai bowls.
Meanwhile, Chicken Guy! has cut down from 22 sauces to just 10. And during the month of December, Salt & Straw is offering limited-time holiday flavors.
