If your favorite place to kick back or make waves at Walt Disney World is Disney’s Beach Club Resort, we expect to see you sporting some of these goodies as you relax at Stormalong Bay. From a scented Loungefly backpack to a new beach towel detailing all the resort has to offer, there’s something for everyone in this new collection.
We found the collection at the resort’s main gift shop, Beach Club Marketplace.
Beach Club Resort Beach Towel – $29.99
This light blue towel has a Disney’s Beach Club Resort logo and colorful images of the resort on it, with Mickey and Minnie relaxing poolside. These resort maps have been a popular trend in merchandise as of late, including the collared shirt in the collection at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.
In the graphic, Minnie sits on a towel under a large beach pararsol. The text beneath her reads, “Happiness is a Beach.” She’s resting along Crescent Lake, the body of water that sits between Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts, Disney’s Boardwalk, and The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels. The waterway connects to EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios as well.
The graphic includes several of the resort’s buildings across the top. Beaches & Cream Soda Shop stands with a giant kitchen sink sundae next to it. Say it with us… “A WHOLE CAN???”
The main building/lobby of Disney’s Beach Club Resort can be found also, with it’s towering cupola and bright flag.
Underneath the buildings, Stormalong Bay is labeled. Though it only has a couple of details, the basic shapes of the pool complex is identifiable in the simple graphic. Next to Stormalong Bay stands the windmill and the bridge that crosses the sandy-bottomed pool. Did you know that the sandy bottom is there because they originally intended to have a section where you could snorkel with fish? It didn’t make it to opening day sadly, but it was a neat idea.
The Shipwreck Pirate Ship that sits on Crescent Lake is present as well, as is the bridge that crosses Crescent Lake to connect the Disney’s Beach Club Resort side with the Disney’s Boardwalk Resort side near the entrance to EPCOT. Of course, this ship is home to one of the best (and most painful) water slides at Walt Disney World.
At the bottom corner of the graphic, Mickey holds a drink with an umbrella and lounges in a beach chair.
Corkcicle – $44.99
This Corkcicle water bottle is white.
The resort’s logo is on the enameled exterior of the bottle.
The back of the bottle has the corkcicle wordmark but is otherwise undecorated. The line of products features a rubberized footer to protect the enamel from chipping during use. The bottles are handwash only and are not microwave safe and hold 25 ounces.
Scented Disney’s Beach Club Resort Loungefly – $88
This new Loungefly depicts Minnie and Mickey dressed in their finest enjoying a Kitchen Sink Sundae at Beaches & Cream Soda Shop. The famous duo is dressed up quite nicely for such a casual and laidback sit down dining experience.
The top of the bag has a striped blue bow with an ice cream cone with Mickey ears in the center. This art has adorned other Beaches & Cream items over the last few years.
The bag pull is an ice cream coke with a cherry on top.
In the graphic, Minnie and Mickey are working on an already-melting Kitchen Sink Sundae. The pair sits at one of the ice cream cone tables at the restaurant.
The sides of the blue-striped bag have slip pockets.
The back of the bag reveals two Mickey ice cream cones surrounding a version of the resort’s logo, but not the one used officially. The logo is embroidered, while the ice cream cones are printed. The nylon straps on the bag are a complementing light green.
The bag is scented, like this other new Loungefly we found at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort. This one smells like vanilla ice cream, like you just walked in to Beaches & Cream Soda Shop.
Beach Club Facade Ornament – $34.99
This ornament depicts the front of the resort.
The sides are dotted with windows.
Around the back, a small cutaway has Mickey and Minnie at a table inside an archway.
The tiny figures are posed similarly to the design on the new Loungefly backpack above, with the pair eating a Kitchen Sink Sundae.
The bottom of the ornament is printed with the resort’s wordmark.
Seaside Shirt – $34.99
This shirt is light green with a tie at the bottom of the hem.
The shirt says, “Seaside is where I belong” with the resort’s name beneath it. There is a stylistic seashell printed on the shirt
Mickey & Minnie Beach Club Ornament – $26.99
This ornamnet has figures of Mickey and Minnie on it, enjoying the sand and sun at the resort.
The art is similar to the beach towel above. Minnie sits beneath a parasol, and Mickey lounges in a chair with a cold drink,
The Beaches & Cream Soda Shop graphic is on the building behind them, but the pair is not enjoying ice cream at this time.
When you turn the ornament around, the backside is painted with the same design.
The bottom of the ornament has the resort wordmark.
When you finish that Kitchen Sink Sundae, let us know which of these new offerings are coming home with you to celebrate your time at Disney’s Beach Club Resort in the comments.
