6 Reasons You’ll Want To Stay at the NEW Billion-Dollar Hotel Next to Disney World

Staying on property in Disney World can be such a magical experience, especially for kids.

Disney’s Rivera Resort

However, some people don’t want to be reminded that they’re at Disney everywhere they look in their hotel room. If that’s you, you may decide to stay off-property instead, either at a Good Neighbor Hotel or one of the other hotels near the park. If you’re planning your upcoming trip and are looking at staying off-property, check out this new MASSIVE hotel that’s right next to the resort!

The Evermore Resort is a billion-dollar luxury resort like no other. So why would you choose to stay here vs. a Disney hotel?

Better At Accommodating Large Families

If you’re heading to Disney World as a large family or group, instead of having to split between 2-3 different rooms at a Disney resort, you can book one room here. Some accommodations can sleep up to 32 guests!

At Disney and other hotels, you may have to request connecting rooms (that may or may not be accommodated, which can be a problem), and then make sure everyone is staying safe in their rooms and getting ready when they should be in the mornings. In one word, we call that stressful. By having everyone in one place, it makes communication much easier!

Beaches You Can Lounge On And Swim At

Disney’s beaches may be beautiful, but you aren’t allowed to swim in any of the water due to safety concerns. You know what you can do at Evermore Resort? Enjoy 20 acres of beach!

For those of you who find the beach to be your home away from home or your true vacation destination, this is the resort for you. At any Disney resort, you’ll find signs up near all the bodies of water saying there’s no swimming allowed, although you can enjoy the sand beaches near select resorts, it won’t be the same as being able to run from the beach to the water and back again as you please.

Houses/Villas All To Yourself

Evermore Resort isn’t just a hotel — unlike other hotels where you’re sharing walls with all the strangers you could ever imagine, Evermore offers houses and villas that you’ll have all to yourself.

In fact, you can CHOOSE between the hotel at Conrad Orlando, Flats (that have 4 bedrooms), Villas (2-4 bedrooms), and Houses (5-11 bedrooms). This is a stark difference not only to Disney hotels, but other hotels all over Orlando where you’ll definitely be sharing walls with your neighbors.

3D Planning Tool

Want to avoid everyone fighting over what bedroom will be theirs, or need to make sure you can really see where everyone will go? Evermore Resort has a 3D planning tool for all of their rooms online where you can plan out your ideal floorplan!

You can even put people’s names where you’d like them to stay — WILD right?! You’ll also be able to see common room spaces like living rooms, backyards, bathrooms, and more.

Tons of Activities

Having a massive amount of activities isn’t totally unheard of at Disney hotels, there’s lots to do on your resort day, but the Evermore Resort takes them to the next level.

And by next level, we mean you can go kayaking, go golfing on their TWO courses, ride down waterslides, and so much more. The resort also has family activities like movie nights, crafts, and more to keep everyone busy if you’re not in the parks.

Cheaper Than Disney For Large Groups

As we mentioned earlier, Evermore has large rooms that can fit tons of people (and by tons we mean UP TO 32!). Not only that though, rooms are cheaper than equivalent rooms at Disney World.

Evermore is comparable to Disney World Deluxe hotels, the highest tier, which can sometimes be easily over $1,000 a night for rooms that sleep 6-8 guests. But a room at Evermore that sleeps around 8-10 guests evens out to only around $555 a night. Evermore also offers the opportunity to easily split the cost between you and your group members.

Will you get Disney magic at Evermore Resort? No, but if you’re traveling with a large group and you don’t mind having to travel into Disney World each day, this resort may actually make your trip easier, less stressful, and cost less than reserving multiple rooms at a Disney hotel would.
