After initially looking like it was going to open this weekend, Chefs de France updated their website with hours beginning October 8. Guests can now make reservations starting that day. Lunch hours are currently 12:30 PM to 3:55 PM daily. Dinner is 4:00 PM to 6:50 PM on most days, and 4:00 PM to 7:50 PM on Saturdays, which is in line with EPCOT’s daily operating hours.
