The end of the Disney100 celebrations and the start of 2024 have heralded a new line of pressed pennies at Walt Disney World. We’ve cataloged the designs here, listed by location.
2024 New Pressed Pennies
One souvenir penny is $1. You must use cash for a single penny but credit card can be used for a full set.

Magic Kingdom
Newsstand – Captain Hook
A Captain Hook pressed penny has joined the Tinker Bell and Peter Pan pennies available at the Newsstand machine. This is to the left when entering Magic Kingdom. A Disney100 penny featuring Cinderella was previously available here.
The Captain Hook design depicts the pirate from the waist up, raising his hooked hand in the air. All three pennies have simple dotted borders and a small Disney wordmark, but no other features on the front.
The full set of all three pennies is $3.
Main Street Train Station #1 –
There are two machines under the Main Street train station. The one on the left has several returning pennies, while the right has new 2024 pennies.
The returning pennies in this machine are:
- Mickey serenading Minnie
- Mickey and Minnie in a Main Street car
- Minnie Mouse
- Mickey in a train engine
In both of the Main Street train station machines, all four pennies are $4.
Main Street Train Station #2 – Stitch (2024 Dated), Park Icons (2024 Dated), Tinker Bell (2024 Dated), and Pluto (2024 Dated)
There are four new 2024 penny designs in the righthand machine.
These pennies feature Stitch, the four Walt Disney World park icons, Tinker Bell, and Pluto. “2024” and “Walt Disney World” are also included in the design.
The two Main Street train station machines still have a hand crank for creating your penny.
Tony’s Italian Restaurant – Tramp & Lady (2024 Dated)
A new 2024 penny replaces a Disney100 “Lady & the Tramp” penny in this machine.
The 2024 penny features Lady and the Tramp side by side with the 2024 logo below them. The other two pennies remain the same, with one featuring Lady and the other featuring the whole family of dogs.
Main Street Firehouse – Pongo & Perdita (Returning)
The pressed pennies at the firehouse all feature Dalmatians.
The Pongo & Perdita design has replaced the Disney100 Cruella penny but it is not new.
The other two designs feature Dalmatian puppies, one of which is wearing a firefighter’s outfit.
The Emporium #1 – Pinocchio & Jiminy Cricket (2024 Dated), Buzz Lightyear (2024 Dated), Cinderella Castle (2024 Dated), Goofy & Pluto (2024 Dated)
There are multiple machines in the Emporium. This machine, near the first entrance to the Emporium from Town Square, includes four 2024 designs:
- Pinocchio
- Buzz Lightyear
- Cinderella Castle and Tinker Bell
- Goofy and Pluto
The designs that are the same feature Minnie and Mickey, Snow White, Tinker Bell, and Mickey and Pluto.
The Emporium #2 – Mickey (2024 Dated), Minnie (2024 Dated), Donald (2024 Dated), Goofy (2024 Dated)
The next machine, located near the center of the Emporium, also has four new 2024 designs. They feature:
- Mickey
- Minnie
- Donald
- Goofy
The other designs feature Minnie and Daisy, Princess Aurora, Tigger and Winnie the Pooh, and Donald, Goofy, and Mickey.
In these machines, all eight pennies are available for $5.
Hall of Champions
In Hall of Champions, next to Casey’s Corner, are sports-inspired designs. The four replacing the Disney100 designs are returning from previous years.
The eight penny designs are:
- Tigger playing baseball
- Mickey playing soccer
- Minnie playing tennis
- Mickey playing baseball
- Goofy playing golf
- Donald playing football
- Mickey and Donald playing basketball
- Daisy playing golf
Heritage House – Hatbox Ghost
The Heritage House machine is by the Liberty Square Ticket Office. For the 100 Years of Wonder celebration, this machine had three Disney100 designs featuring Baymax, Jack Skellington, and Sheriff Woody.
Two returning pennies in this machine represent the Liberty Square Riverboat and the Hall of Presidents. The third penny features the Hatbox Ghost from The Haunted Mansion. This is a new design in honor of the ghost’s recent addition to the Mansion.
Tomorrowland Speedway
By the Tomorrowland Speedway is another classic crank machine. This one didn’t have any Disney100 designs in it so there are no updates, but for the sake of this full list, here are its four designs.
- Pluto with a cup trophy
- Minnie driving a Tomorrowland Speedway car
- Mickey with racing flag
- Mickey driving a racecar
PeopleMover
The pennies near the Transportation and Ticket Center PeopleMover feature Woody, Jessie, Lotso, and Buzz from the “Toy Story” franchise. The pennies have the characters and their names with “Walt Disney World” at the bottom.
EPCOT
Disney Traders – Figment (2024 Dated), Groot, and Ember & Wade
The machine in Disney Traders at EPCOT has three new designs, replacing Disney100, Jessica Rabbit, and Chip ‘n’ Dale designs.
A 2024 penny features Figment from Journey Into Imagination. The second penny features a young Groot from the Guardians of the Galaxy.
The third design features Ember and Wade from Pixar’s “Elemental.”
Port of Entry – Remy (2024 Dated)
New in the nearby Port of Entry gift shop is a 2024 penny featuring Remy from “Ratatouille.” The two old pennies feature Mickey enjoying World Showcase.
International Gateway – Spaceship Earth (2024 Dated)
International Gateway is between the U.K. and France Pavilions. The machine in this gift shop has three designs, including a new 2024 penny.
The 2024 penny features a minimalist Spaceship Earth. The two returning pennies feature Mulan and Mickey on a China stamp.
The Fjording (Norway Pavilion) – Anna & Elsa (2024 Dated)
The Fjording in the Norway Pavilion kept its two old Norway designs, and has a new “Frozen” design for 2024.
Anna and Elsa are pictured side by side with “2024” and “Walt Disney World.” The Disney100 penny this replaces also featured Anna and Elsa.
The Seas With Nemo & Friends #1
There are two machines in The Seas With Nemo & Friends. One previously had four Disney100 designs. The four designs replacing those are all returning.
These designs feature Dory, Marlin, and Nemo; Mickey in scuba gear with the old Living Seas logo; Crush and Squirt; and the seagulls of “Finding Nemo.”
The Seas With Nemo & Friends #2
The second machine has eight designs, mostly featuring “Finding Nemo” and “Finding Dory” designs, but there are also two “The Little Mermaid” pennies.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Oscar’s Super Service – Hollywood Tower Hotel (2024 Dated), Daisy & Minnie, and Minnie & Mickey
Over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Oscar’s Super Service has three pressed penny designs. Oscar’s Super Service is near the entrance to the park.
There is a 2024 penny featuring The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. Also new is a pressed penny featuring Minnie and Daisy in a retro car, and Mickey with a clapboard in front of Minnie in a retro dress.
These pennies replace Disney100 Kermit, Cheshire Cat, and Aladdin designs.
Hollywood Junction
Near the center of the park is a machine with four returning “Monsters, Inc.” designs.
The pennies feature Mike, Sulley, Boo, and Randall each peeking out of a door.
It’s another classic crank machine.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Discovery Trading Company #1 – Timon
There are three pressed penny machines outside Discovery Trading Company on Discovery Island in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Last year, these machines also got new designs for the 25th anniversary of Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
In the first machine, a penny featuring Tom and “Jungle Grub” has replaced the Disney100 design. The 25th anniversary penny features Mickey in safari gear. There’s also a design featuring the Tree of Life.
Discovery Trading Company #2 – Tree of Life (2024 Dated)
In the second machine, an old penny design features Randall from “Monsters, Inc.” New is a 2024 Tree of Life design. And a 25th anniversary penny features Nemo and Dory.
Discovery Trading Company #3 – Dug with Squirrel
A new design in the third machine features Dug from “Up” with a squirrel on his head. This replaces a Disney100 “Ice Age” penny, which was notable as the first inclusion of “Ice Age” in Disney Parks.
The second design represents Harambe, the park’s fictional African village. The third design is a 25th anniversary Tree of Life penny.
Riverside Depot
A machine inside Riverside Depot has eight designs for $5. These are all old designs featuring various animated animals representing the Disney Conservation Fund.

Chester & Hester’s Dino Treasures – Chip & Dale (2024 Dated)
A 2024 Chip ‘n’ Dale penny has replaced the Disney100 “Bambi” penny previously available in this machine.
The other two designs feature Aladar and the Carnotaurus from DINOSAUR.
Near Kilimanjaro Safaris – Pluto
A new design in this machine features Pluto carrying safari gear. It reads “Adventure Awaits” and “Disney’s Animal Kingdom.”
The other two old designs feature Winnie the Pooh dressed for a safari and Rafiki from “The Lion King.”
Near Dawa Bar – Minnie Mouse (2024 Dated)
New to the machine outside Dawa Bar is a 2024 penny featuring Minnie in safari gear.
The two old pennies feature a real lion and warthog.
Windtraders
Windtraders is the gift shop of Pandora – The World of “Avatar.” It has eight “Avatar”-themed pennies. All the pennies feature the wordmarks for Pandora and Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
The designs feature various Pandora elements including a banshee/ikran, the Shaman of Songs from Na’vi River Journey, and the land’s floating mountains.
Disney Springs
Pin Traders #1 – Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, and Piglet; Mr. Incredible and Jack-Jack; Loki
Pin Traders #2 – Three Little Pigs
Pin Traders #3 – Walt Disney World (2024 Dated)
Pin Traders in Disney Springs has three pressed pennies available in this machine, including a 2024 penny.
One design features Woody about to kick a football held by three aliens. The second design features Mickey on a motorbike. The 2024 design features all four Walt Disney World theme park icons: Cinderella Castle, Spaceship Earth, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, and the Tree of Life.
Disney’s BoardWalk Inn
Promenade Pier
This old crank machine has four BoardWalk-inspired penny designs.
Each design features Mickey or one of his friends enjoying Disney’s BoardWalk activities.
Screen Door General Store
Inside Screen Door General Store is a penny machine with eight designs.
The pennies feature simple images of Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, Chip ‘n’ Dale, and Pluto. Another penny design features Mickey and Minnie sharing a kiss, while the last one sees Goofy in a car.
Near Belle Vue Lounge #1 – Mickey & Minnie BoardWalk, Fab Five, Merida and Angus
There are two machines located inside Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, near Belle Vue Lounge. Both have new penny designs.
The first penny in this machine has Mickey and Minnie in dapper outfits with the BoardWalk wordmark. The second features Mickey with the rest of the Fab Five in shapes next to him. The third has Merida and her horse, Angus.
Near Belle Vue Lounge #2 – Rapunzel
New in this penny machine is a design featuring Rapunzel with lanterns floating above her. The old designs feature Chip and Winnie the Pooh.
Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground
Meadow Trading Post – Mickey Camper, Mickey, and Goofy
This machine is over at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, in Meadow Trading Post. There are three new penny designs.
The first features a truck and camper. Both have Mickey ears on them and a Mickey sun is setting in the background. The second penny depicts Mickey hiking. The third features Goofy with a fishing pole.
Check-in Building
Next to the TV in the kids’ area near check-in is a machine with three “Monsters, Inc.” designs
These all feature the “Monsters, Inc.” name and logo. The three featured characters are Celia, Waternoose, and Boo.
Disney’s Contemporary Resort
Concourse #1 – Merlin, Remy, Belle, Sorcerer Mickey
One of the machines at Disney’s Contemporary Resort has three new designs.
The machine has eight designs in total. The four old ones feature the Chef Mickey’s logo, Prince Eric and Ariel, Mickey, and a Monorail going through the resort. New to the machine are pennies featuring Merlin, Remy, Belle, and Sorcerer Mickey.
Concourse #2
The second machine has all old designs. They include images of Chef Mickey, a “Fantasia” broom, Mulan, Stitch, Timothy Q. Mouse, Carl and Russell, and Aladdin.
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
Moana Mercantile – Stitch, Mickey and Minnie, Lilo, Orange Bird
This machine is located outside Moana Mercantile at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.
There are eight designs. The first four are inspired by the resort, featuring Mickey & Friends with the Polynesian logo. The four new designs are Stitch wearing a lei, Mickey and Minnie with “Aloha,” Lilo dancing, and Orange Brid.
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort
Bus Stop – Mickey, Dumbo, White Rabbit
The first pressed penny machine you might encounter at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is at the bus stop. It has three new penny designs.
The first features the resort logo with Mickey, who is dressed to the nines with a top hat and tails. Dumbo is pictured taking a bath on the second penny. The third features the White Rabbit running late.
Main Floor by Restrooms
Inside the main building are two more penny machines. This one is near the restrooms.
It has eight old designs:
- Alice in Wonderland
- The Mad Hatter
- Winnie the Pooh and Tigger “Friends Forever”
- Ariel
- Cinderella
- White Rabbit
- Jaq and Gus
- Jasmine
Second Floor by Monorail
This machine is on the second floor near the Monorail station.
It has eight designs, all reading “Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Some of these images are actually recycled on other penny designs:

- Mickey and Minnie
- Mickey waving
- Minnie
- Donald
- Bambi
Disney’s POP Century Resort
All four machines are inside Everything POP Shopping and Dining. There are only two new designs, however.
Machine #1 – Mickey
Two “The Jungle Book” designs are in this machine. One features Bagheera, the other features Kaa. The new penny is Mickey posing with the POP Century sign.
Machine #2 – Lightning McQueen (2024 Dated)
New to this machine is a 2024 penny featuring Lightning McQueen from “Cars.” The other two pennies feature Jiminy Cricket and Minnie Mouse.
Machine #3
In this machine are two more “The Jungle Book” pennies. One features just Mowgli, the other features him with “The Girl,” a.k.a. Shanti. The third penny features Sulley from “Monsters, Inc.”
Machine #4
The last machine has Stitch, “Lady & the Tramp,” and Disney Princesses pennies.
Disney’s Wilderness Lodge
Lobby
This penny machine is located around the corner from the main entrance to the lobby of Disney’s Wilderness Lodge.
There are eight designs, all inspired by “Brother Bear.” Kenai and/or Koda are featured on most of the pennies.
Bus Stop – Hiker Mickey, Humphrey the Bear, Canoeing Mickey
There are three new pennies at the bus stop machine.
One features Mickey, with a hiking stick, next to a Disney’s Wilderness Lodge sign. The second features the name of the resort and Humphrey the Bear. The last penny reads “Embrace the outdoors” and “Nature at its finest” around an image of Mickey canoeing.
Disney’s Port Orleans Resort
According to Cast Members at the concierge’s desk of Disney’s Port Orleans Resort, two of the four penny machines have been removed. Here are the pennies that remain.
Fulton’s General Store
There are three Winnie the Pooh pennies in this machine.
One penny features Pooh himself. Tigger and Eeyore are on the other two designs.
Jackson Square Gifts – Tiana, Naveen and Tiana, Facilier, Ray, Mickey, Minnie, Mickey and Minnie, Goofy
Lastly, this machine in Jackson Square Gifts has four new “The Princess and the Frog” penny designs and four new Mickey & Friends Mardi Gras designs.
Each penny has a logo for Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter next to the featured character(s).
