Hey everyone, Tim and Jenn here! We’re back with another food adventure, and this time we’re taking you to Universal Studios Florida for their epic Mardi Gras event!

We scored an awesome deal on a gift card, and with our annual passholder discounts, we were ready to indulge in all the delicious food from around the world. From Puerto Rican casserole to Colombian burgers and crispy lumpia, we tried it all (and maybe even more than we should have!).

Here’s a quick taste of what we devoured: We savored the sweet and savory Pasalone from Puerto Rico, indulged in a juicy New Orleans-style Fried Green Tomato Po’Boy, and treated ourselves to a decadent Banana Foster Crepe Brulee. That’s just a glimpse of the global flavors we explored – see the full food adventure in the video!

But it wasn’t just about the food (although, let’s be honest, it was a big part of it!). We also had a blast exploring the park, riding the rides, and soaking up the festive atmosphere. We even got to see a Mardi Gras marching band and take a photo op in front of the Paris 2024 photo op!
