It’s been a big week in Disney World (when is it NOT, though!).
There are new ice cream flavors and cupcakes in Disney Springs. St. Patrick’s Day snacks have taken over our lives (all that green, though). We finally got a look at the full menu for the reopening of 1900 Park Fare. The INCREDIBLE Easter egg display at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is here (and they are even MORE amazing this year). However, we spotted some changes on some Disney World restaurant menus, too, so we’re going to share those with you right now.
Resort-Wide
Starbucks
Starbucks all over Disney World now have the spring menu drinks, so there have been some changes at the following locations:
- Main Street Bakery in Magic Kingdom
- Trolley Car Cafe in Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- Connections Cafe in EPCOT
- Creature Comforts in Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Here are the changes on the menus at these locations:
- REMOVED: Pistachio Latte, Pistachio Cream Cold Brew, Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, Oleato Caffé Latte, Oleato Iced Shaken Espresso with Oatmilk and Toffeenut
- ADDED: Iced Lavender Oatmilk Latte (Grande) for $6.49
- ADDED: Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha (Grande) for $5.99
- ADDED: Strawberry Açaí Refreshers with Lemonade (Grande) for $5.29

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
Jiko
Under Kids’ Create-Your-Own Entrées, Steak Sosatie changed from $15 to $18.50.
That’s the only change we spotted here.

Sanaa
The dessert menu at Sanaa got a serious shake-up:
- REMOVED: Serradura, African Triple Chocolate Mousse, and Kheer
- ADDED: Giraffe Tower Mousse — Banana cake, peanut butter mousse, banana mousse, and caramel with Tanzanian peanut brittle crunch for $12
- ADDED: Black Sesame Sundae — Black sesame ice cream, roasted spiced pineapple, tea caramel, milk crumble, and raspberry crisps for $10
- ADDED: Wilde-best Wildebeest — flourless chocolate cake, milk chocolate custard, and chocolate fudge-coated cocoa nibs for $11
- ADDED: Ankole Cake — Spiced chocolate cake, baobab curd, coconut gel, meringue ‘horns,’ STARR African Rum-macerated citrus for $11
For kids, the Pumbaa’s Dessert Grub has been replaced by Timon Grubs, made with Banana pastry cream, whipped cream, sliced bananas, graham cracker bugs, gummy worms, and chocolate rocks.

The Mara
You can no longer order Pasta and Meatballs at The Mara.
That’s the only change here, though.

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
Citricos
Under First Course, the Wild Mushrooms Arancini has been removed from the menu.
However, Spring Pea and Citrus Arancini has been added. It’s made with Pickled Red Pearl Onions, Pistachio Pistou, and Roasted Tomato Aioli for $17. This also changed on the Citricos Lounge menu.

Grand Floridian Cafe
Breakfast has changed at the Grand Floridian Cafe. Here are how appetizers changed:
- REMOVED: Shrimp Ceviche
- ADDED: Shrimp Cocktail — Citrus-poached Shrimp with Papaya Salad and House-made Cocktail Sauce for $17
- ADDED: Yogurt Parfait — House-made Granola, Pineapple, Salted Caramel, and Greek Yogurt for $12
Salads and such have also seen changes:
- REMOVED: Caesar Salad and Fruit and Yogurt
- ADDED: Cobb Salad — Iceberg and Romaine, House-roasted Turkey, Bacon, Avocado, Tomato, Egg, and Blue Cheese with Signature Cobb Dressing for $20
- ADDED: Heirloom Apple Salad with Shrimp — Organic Baby Lettuce, Heirloom Apples, Sharp Cheddar, Pecan Brittle, and Crispy Prosciutto with a Honey-Apple Vinaigrette for $19
- ADDED: Heirloom Apple Salad with Marinated Grilled Chicken — Organic Baby Lettuce, Heirloom Apples, Sharp Cheddar, Pecan Brittle, and Crispy Prosciutto with a Honey-Apple Vinaigrette for $17
- ADDED: Fresh Fruit Bowl — with Coconut-Pineapple Sorbet for $15
Here’s how Entrees have changed:
- REMOVED: Reuben
- ADDED: Breakfast Sandwich — House-made Sausage Patty, Over Easy Egg, Arugula, Roasted Red Peppers, Pickled Onion, Garlic Aïoli, and Whipped Goat Cheese on House-made Ciabatta served with Cafe Signature Fries for $17
- ADDED: Club Sandwich — House-roasted Turkey, Ham, Bibb Lettuce, Tomatoes, Applewood-smoked Bacon, Cheddar, and House Aïoli with Cafe Signature Fries for $18
There are even changes under Pancakes, French Toast, and Waffles:
- ADDED: Cinnamon French Toast — Dulce de Leche Cream served with Bacon or Sausage for $19
- ADDED: Seasonal Buttermilk Pancakes — with Bacon or Sausage for $19
Desserts have also changed:
- REMOVED: Vintage Minnie Brown Betty Profiterole
- ADDED: Strawberry-Lychee Mousse — Lychee Chantilly, Strawberry Pâte de Fruit, Vanilla Bean Sable for $10
In addition to these changes, Lunch also changed. Here are the Entrees changes:
- REMOVED: Gnocchi with Red Pepita Pesto and Pan-seared Salmon
- ADDED: Miso-glazed Salmon — Lemon-scented Sticky Rice, French Beans, and Ginger-Soy Vinaigrette for $29

Disney’s Old Key West Resort
Gurgling Suitcase
Cheese and Charcuterie has been removed from the menu.
However, Pulled Pork Nachos has been added. It’s made with Potato Chips topped with Jalapeno, Pepper Jack, Mozzarella Pico de Gallo, and Sour Cream for $14.

Olivia’s Cafe
Desserts have changed a little bit at Olivia’s. Chocolate Lava Cake has been replaced with Chocolate Fudge Brownie — with Chocolate Ganache, Dehydrated Strawberries, Mixed Berries, and a Berry Sauce for $9.
The Key Lime Tart has been replaced by a traditional Key Lime Pie for $9.

Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
Capt. Cook’s
The Breakfast Burrito at Capt. Cook’s increased from $8.99 to $9.49.
That’s the only change here.

Under Small Bites, Crispy ‘Peking’ Ribs changed from $17.49 to $17.

Vivoli il Gelato
Gelato flavors have changed:
- REMOVED: Cheesecake, King Cake, and Peanut Butter
- ADDED: Hazelnut
Sorbetto flavors also changed: Pear was removed and Raspberry was added.
Gelato Lite changed, too:
- REMOVED: Passionfruit and Hazelnut
- ADDED: Peanut Butter
Under House Specials, the PBJ Bombolato was added. It’s 1 scoop of peanut butter gelato, strawberries, and strawberry sauce inside a warm Italian donut for $10.50.
If you’re looking for something to drink, you can now get Nitro Cold Brew for $6 and Cold Brew for $5.25.

4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck
Entrees have changed at this food truck:
- Taco Cone changed from $11.99 to $12.50

- REMOVED: Mulita
- Street Tacos (3) changed from $11.75 to $12.25
- Burrito Bowl changed from $11.75 to $12.25

The Kid’s menu also changed: Cheese Quesadilla changed from $5.99 to $6.50

At Happy Landings, the EARidescent Ice Dream Cone has been removed from the menu.
The Nestlé Orange & Cream Bar was also removed.

We are very sad to report that the Hei Hei Cone has been removed from the menu at Snack Shack. Disney, we’re very disappointed about this choice. We LOVE that cone.
The Habanero Lime Galley Shack Swirl has also been taken off the menu.

Under Kid’s Meals, the Turkey Sandwich on Whole-Wheat Bread has been removed.
However, the Turkey Sandwich Kid’s Pack has been added — Sliced Roasted Turkey Breast and Cheddar on Honey-Wheat Bread with Apple Chips, Cucumber, and Grape Tomatoes served with choice of Small Lowfat Milk or Small DASANI Bottled Water for $7.79
