Winds & Waves Grill at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort will offer a character breakfast again beginning on April 20. The meal will have a brand new menu, which Disney Parks Blog teased in a post.

Guests who visit Winds & Waves Grill for the character breakfast will enjoy the Pastry Boat. This basket features an assortment of mini-pastries accompanied by a mixed berry compote.  

Berry fans will also like the Blueberry Pancakes with homemade blueberry syrup.

The menu also includes Bananas Foster French Toast, made with fluffy challah bread, drizzled with a decadent bananas foster sauce, and complemented by a side of crisp bacon.

A more savory option is the Treasure Omelet, a flavorful blend of golden cheddar, ham, bell peppers, and onions, served with seasoned home fries. 

Goofy and Pluto, dressed in their beach best, will visit each table for hugs and high-fives.

The character breakfast will be available on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon, beginning on April 20. Reservations are now open for booking.
