Let’s talk about Disney food!

Okay, okay, we ALWAYS talk about Disney food, so sue us! It IS our middle name, after all. More specifically, though, let’s talk about all the changes that happen with Disney World restaurants. Now, we’ve seen restaurants come and we’ve seen restaurants go, but we also see restaurant menus changing every single week.

So let’s see what’s changed this week on those menus.

EPCOT

Lotus Blossom Cafe

Entrees here have seen a few changes:

• Orange Chicken Combo description changed from “Served with Steamed Rice, an Egg Roll, and side of Vegetables” to “Served with Steamed Rice, an Egg Roll, and Fortune Cookies”
• Chicken Fried Rice Combo  description changed from “Served with Egg Roll and Side of Vegetables” to “Served with Egg Roll and Fortune Cookies”
• Mongolian Beef Combo description changed from “Served with Spicy Noodle, Egg Roll, and Side of Vegetables” to “Served with Spicy Noodle, Egg Roll, and Fortune Cookies”

Under Beverages, Hot Cocoa changed from $3.75 to $3.95.

Chefs de France

Entrees at Chefs de France have been updated:

• Blanquette de la mer changed from $33.95 to $37.95
• REMOVED: Filet de boeuf grillé, sauce poivre, gratin Dauphinois, haricots verts
• ADDED: Entrecote grille, beurre maître d hotel a la fourme, pomme roties — Grilled Strip Loin, blue cheese compound butter, roasted potatoes for $46.95

Desserts have also changed:

• REMOVED: Tarte au chocolat Valrhona, glace à la vanille
• ADDED: Gateau aux 3 chocolats, glace a la vanille — Three layered chocolate mousse cake, vanilla ice cream for $14.95

Disney’s Wilderness Lodge

Geyser Point Bar and Grill

We’ve got some price updates at Geyser Point. Here’s how Small Bites changed:

• Crispy ‘Peking’ Ribs changed from $17 to $18
• Macaroni & “Cheese” Bites (Plant-based) changed from $10 to $11

Under Rustic Fare, the Turkey BLT Sandwich changed from $16 to $18. All Kid’s Meals changed from $8.49 to $9. The Seasonal Pie under Desserts changed from $7 to $7.50. Finally, under Cocktails, the  Black Cherry Mule changed from $17 to $18.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge

Sanaa

A new Appetizer is available at Sanaa: Spring Herb Salad — Chermoula Quinoa, Pickled Watermelon Radish, Avocado, Mint, Caramelized Pumpkin Seeds, Tamarind Vinaigrette, and Black Sea Salt (Plant-based) for $13.

A new Entree has also been added: Samaki Upma Peri Peri — Seasonal Sustainable Fish, Savory Indian Upma, Charred Corn Relish, Peri Peri, Chickpea Crisp, and Spring Greens for $33.

Cocktails also changed:

• ADDED: Braambessie Rose Martini — Bayab Dry Gin, Pure Cane Syrup, and Lemon Juice with Blackberries and Mint Leaves for $16
• ADDED: Bee’s Knees — Bayab Rose Gin, Lemon Juice, Honey Syrup, and Grapefruit Soda for $15
• ADDED: Fig Manhattan — Monkey Shoulder Scotch, Cointreau Liqueur, Orange Bitters, and Fig Syrup for $17

Under Wine, Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand changed from $14 to $18.

That’s the only change here.

Sangria is no longer on the menu at Trader Sam’s.

That’s the only change here, though.

We’ve got some changes at Beach Club Marketplace. Under Desserts, the Minnie Cupcake has been removed from the menu.

Under Snacks, the Rice Chips – Fiesta Lime and Rice Chips – Sea Salt have also been removed from the menu.

Disney Springs

Amorette’s Patisserie

Crepes are officially off the menu at Amorette’s.

However, under Sparkling Wine  Nicolas Feuillatte Enchantée was added. It’s $21 per glass and $85 per bottle.

B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co.

The Korean Bulgogi Sausage Dog has been removed from the menu.

The following also changed:

• Hawaiian Island Dog changed from $12.29 to $12.79
• New York Pastrami Reuben changed from $12.29 to $12.79
• Texas Chili-Cheese Dog changed from $11.79 to $12.79

Under Bites To-Go, the following changed:

• REMOVED: Pumpkin Fritters, Spiced Nuts, Freshly Baked Scone, and Local Baguette
• ADDED: Porchetta Sandwich — onion aioli / lettuce / fried prosciutto for $12
• ADDED: Millionaire’s Shortbread — buttery shortbread / caramel / dark chocolate for $8
• ADDED: Strawberry Oat Bar — flax seed / chia seed / strawberry preserve for $6
• ADDED: French Fries

Cocktails also changed:

• REMOVED: Lingering Dreams, Bananas!, Umami Mommy, Lost in the Orchard, and BWG
• ADDED: Endless Vacation — hibiscus infused rum / Rocky’s liqueur / grapefruit honey cordial for $16
• It’s a Gimlet! — gin / lime cordial for $16

We’ve got some brunch changes at Wine Bar George. Under “To Start,” the Seasonal Salad description changed from “arcadian greens / frisée / pepita pecorino crisp / ricotta green goddess” to “arcadian greens / tajin cucumber / tomato / crispy quinoa / citrus vinaigrette.”

Here’s how Main Plates changed:

• Steak and Eggs changed from $25 to $26
• Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes description changed from “choice of caramel apples or s’mores” to “choice of peaches & cream or s’mores”

Here’s how Sides changed:

• REMOVED: Pastrami Hash
• ADDED: Chicken & Apple Sausage for $8

A new Sweets selection was added: One Big Profiterole — Pâte à Choux / vanilla cream / dark chocolate for $10.

Cocktails also changed:

• REMOVED: Lingering Dreams, Bananas!, Umami Mommy, Lost in the Orchard, and BWG
• ADDED: Endless Vacation — hibiscus infused rum / Rocky’s liqueur / grapefruit honey cordial for $16
• It’s a Gimlet! — gin / lime cordial for $16

• Seasonal Salad description: Changed from “arcadian greens / frisée / pepita pecorino crisp / ricotta green goddess” to “arcadian greens / tajin cucumber / tomato / crispy quinoa / citrus vinaigrette”
• ADDED: New Zealand Lamb Chops — black garlic purée / salted onions / herb vinaigrette for $26
• ADDED: Fried Gnocchi — toasted garlic / pecorino / chili oil for $12
• ADDED: Black Mussels — roasted onion broth / crispy chorizo / grilled focaccia for $18

Lunch and dinner also had the same beverages and sweets changes as brunch.

• Yogurt Raita changed from $3 to $2.95
• Mint Chutney changed from $2 to $1.95
• Tamarind Chutney changed from $2 to $1.95
• Desi Salad changed from $4 to $5.95
• Chopped Green Chilies changed from $3 to $2.95
• ADDED: Side Curry for $9.95
• ADDED: Side Rice for $3.95

Everything on the Kid’s Menu changed from $9 to $9.95. Here’s how Desserts changed:

• Gulab Jamun Cheesecake changed from 9 to $9.95
• ADDED: Seasonal Dessert for $11.95

The Signature Drink Mango Yogurt Lassi changed from $5 to $5.95.

Leaning Palms

Leaning Palms has added the Turkey Sandwich Kid’s Pack with Sliced Roasted Turkey Breast and Cheddar on Honey-Wheat Bread with Apple Chips, Cucumber, and Grape Tomatoes served with choice of Small Lowfat Milk or Small DASANI Bottled Water for $7.79.

There are also some new beverages available:

• ADDED: Cinnamon-Banana-Pineapple Cocktail — Featuring Fireball Cinnamon Whisky for $17
• ADDED: Pink Paloma — Featuring Patrón Silver Tequila for $17

Typhoon Tilly’s

A new entree is available: Watermelon Poke Bowl — Ponzu-marinated Watermelon, Lemon Sushi Rice, Seaweed Salad, Pickled Vegetables, Edamame, Avocado, Wasabi Peas, and Spicy “Mayonnaise” (Plant-based) for $11.49.

That’s the only update here.
