A new Loungefly ear headband inspired by “Saludos Amigos,” “The Three Caballeros,” and the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros is available at the Mexico Pavilion in EPCOT.
Three Caballeros Ear Headband – $44.99
The ears are made of black pleather with dark blue velour on the inside of the headband. Donald, Panchito, and José are pictured on the front of the right ear. They’re standing on a flying carpet, which they ride in the Gran Fiesta Tour attraction and in “The Three Caballeros” film.
José Carioca, a Brazilian parrot, was introduced in “Saludos Amigos” (1942). Panchito Pistoles, a Mexican rooster, was introduced in “The Three Caballeros” (1944).
Fireworks and music notes are pictured on the other ear. Some of the ear headband’s images glow in the dark.
The bow features a striped gradient of purple, yellow, red, green, and blue. An enamel charm of a guitar is in the center.
The bow is removable thanks to a snap on the back.
“¡Saludos Amigos!” is in white on the back of the left ear. The phrase means, “Greetings, friends.”
More fireworks and music notes are around the words.
A temple similar to the Mexico Pavilion’s façade is depicted in blue outline on the back of the right ear. A similar temple is also inside the pavilion, as seen on the Gran Fiesta Tour.
The pink bird wearing a striped sweater is the Aracuan Bird from “The Three Caballeros.”
A metal Disney and Loungefly tag is on the side of the headband.
The Three Caballeros ears are also available at Disneyland Resort, where we’ve found a matching Loungefly mini backpack, throw blanket, and apparel.
