We don’t know about you, but we LOVE hearing about new Disney specials coming to Disney+!

It’s fun to learn about what goes on behind the scenes at Disney parks, whether it’s about the creation of rides and attractions, the animals at Animal Kingdom, or anything in between. And now, we have a new special to look forward to!
It’s been announced that a new film called EPCOT Becoming: Inside the Transformation that details the transformation of EPCOT will be coming to Disney+ — but we’re gonna have to wait awhile!
The documentary will premiere on National Geographic tonight, April 30th at 10PM EST/PST. Additional behind the scenes content will be posted on the National Geographic YouTube channel starting on June 14th! However, the special won’t arrive on Disney+ and Hulu until July 19th.

To get into more detail, this documentary covers the creation of Luminous The Symphony of Us, the park’s new nighttime spectacular, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, Journey of Water — Inspired by Moana, and more.

We can’t wait to check out the new documentary, and are even more excited to see the walls finally come down around Communicore Hall and Communicore Plaza later this summer!
