Reservations Now Available for Céntrico and Paseo at Downtown Disney District

Paseo and Céntrico, the two newest restaurants from Chef Carlos Gaytán, are both accepting reservations at Downtown Disney District.

On the brand-new Downtown Disney District Instagram account, it was announced that the two newest table service restaurants in Downtown Disney District, Céntrico and Paseo, are now accepting reservations. Both restaurants have been accepting guests without reservations since soft opening on May 2.

Paseo is open for dinner daily. It is also open for brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Céntrico is open for lunch and dinner every day of the week.

Both restaurants offer Mexican cuisine from Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán. Céntrico offers guests an open-air dining experience while Paseo offers an indoor dining experience.
