New ‘Change Your Tickets’ Feature Added to Disneyland Resort Website & App

A new feature on the Disneyland Resort website and app makes it easier for guests to make changes to tickets they have already purchased.

The “Change Your Theme Park Tickets” menu allows guests to upgrade standard theme park tickets to a higher tier, upgrade them to include Park Hopping, add days, or add Genie+.

On the Disneyland Resort website, the new menu item is located under the “My Disneyland” tab. In the Disneyland app, you can click “Change Ticket” under a ticket in the “My Tickets & Passes” menu, however, this was not working for us when we tried.

You can select multiple tickets to change at a time, but they must be the same type.

You cannot use the feature to downgrade a ticket. Allowable changes are subject to eligibility and availability.

Guests still need to use the “Theme Park Reservations” menu to change what day they want to use their ticket.
