Baymax’s Mission: Cool Down Parade Returns With More Floats and More Water at Tokyo Disneyland

As the heat intensifies at Tokyo Disneyland, Baymax from “Big Hero 6” is helping guests stay cool during Baymax’s Mission: Cooldown Parade.

Baymax’s Mission: Cool Down Parade Returns to Tokyo Disneyland

A colorful parade float at Disneyland features a large Baymax figure surrounded by various futuristic gadgets, with spectators watching from both sides and castle structures in the background.

Baymax is back on the same float that he was on last year, spraying guests with water around Tokyo Disneyland. But while this section of the parade is the same as in 2023, there are two new floats this year. Additionally, the parade has been slightly altered to spray guests with even more water.

A colorful parade float with vibrant pipes and patterns moves along a road. People and a castle are visible in the background.

The first new parade float is attached to the back of Baymax’s lead float by a yellow pipe. This multi-colored float has a pink side door with a yellow porthole. Water bubbles inside the porthole window. This same bubbling water effect can be seen in the vehicle’s two corner windows.

Colorful parade float with whimsical designs passes in front of a castle, with crowds of spectators on both sides. Trees and blue sky in the background.

After the new float, the second returning one appears. This one has a large circular device and fan-favorite characters such as Hiro’s cat, Mochi, and Fred in his blue and orange monster costume.

A colorful parade float labeled "Clean Energy," with various green and purple pipes and decorations, moves along a wet street with spectators in the background.

Attached to the returning float by a blue and green pipe is the second new float. This float depicts a green “Clean Energy” recycling bin. It is loaded with recycled scraps that shoot water at guests.
