Cinderella Castle Stage Refurbishment Begins at Magic Kingdom

Cinderella Castle Stage has begun a three-week refurbishment today, likely in anticipation of the holiday season shows that will be performed there for events including  Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and  Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

A sign on a construction barrier at Cinderella Castle Stage reads, "With sincerest apologies... Please pardon our pixie dust. The Royal Court at behest of the King and Queen." The barrier is in front of a castle façade.

Scrim borders have been placed around the perimeter of the stage, with signage asking guests to “please pardon our pixie dust” as construction is underway.

Gray barriers with a sign reading "Please Pardon Our Pixie Dust" block the pathway at a theme park, with a crowd and park structures visible in the background.

The scrim fencing surrounds the stage on both sides. Above is a view of the stage looking toward Main Street, U.S.A.

A construction site with a partially covered ground, marked gridlines, and some visible structures in the distance under a clear sky.

A few vinyl tarps have been placed on the surface of the stage itself, but otherwise, no visible construction materials have been staged.

A sign reading "Mickey's Magical Friendship Faire" with an announcement below stating "No Showtimes Today," is mounted on a decorative post with trees and lamp posts visible in the background.

Signage indicating that no showtimes for  “Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire” are scheduled for today can be found near the stage.

A blue and white castle with tall spires, standing under a clear blue sky, is surrounded by an empty courtyard and green foliage.

Both the aforementioned Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire and “Let the Magic Begin” shows are set to return on July 28.
