Ribbon Wristbands Return for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2024

Ribbon wristbands are back for another year of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom.

The fabric ribbons with plastic sliders were introduced last year, replacing the party’s old plastic wristbands. Guests must wear these for the duration of their party, so Cast Members know they are allowed to be in the park.

A different wristband color is used each night, on a random rotation so guests can’t reuse bands. On the first night of the party, the wristbands were green, with black “Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party” text.

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party ticket-holders can enter Magic Kingdom with their party tickets as soon as 4 p.m. At this time, the right side of the entrance plaza will be dedicated to them, and Cast Members in Halloween costumes will give guests their wristbands. This year, guests waiting to enter at 4 p.m. will wait in corrals instead of lines.

Guests in the park before 4 p.m. (such as Annual Passholders getting a headstart on their day) will also be able to pick up wristbands at Tortuga Tavern/Treasures, Mickey’s Philharmagic, and the former Stitch’s Great Escape location in Tomorrowland.
