Disney has announced the first closing date for parts of DinoLand U.S.A. at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, which will become the Tropical Americas-themed land, Pueblo Esperanza.

Though Disney stated construction would begin this fall, the first round of DinoLand closures is scheduled for January 12, 2025. This will be the final day of operation for TriceraTop Spin, Fossil Fun Games, and Chester & Hester’s Dinosaur Treasures.

DINOSAUR, The Boneyard, Restaurantosaurus, Dino-Bite Snacks, and Trilo-Bites will all stay open. As previously announced, DinoLand will close in phases, giving fans plenty of time to experience DINOSAUR before it becomes an Indiana Jones ride.
