Refurbished EPCOT DVC Lounge Soft Opens, Official Opening This Week

The refurbished EPCOT DVC Lounge soft opened on Saturday, October 26, 2024. It is scheduled to officially open later this week.

The refurbished and renamed DVC Lounge at EPCOT is finally open to Disney Vacation Club Members. Disney Vacation Club ImaginAtrium – A Member Lounge closed for a refurbishment in June and was originally scheduled to reopen on July 14. However, that date came and went, and now, over three months later, the lounge is finally open again.

Disney Vacation Club ImaginAtrium will officially open on Tuesday, October 29, 2024. During its soft opening, the lounge is operating on an approximate schedule of 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. When it officially opens, the lounge will operate daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

In September, Disney revealed that the lounge will feature an “engaging new exhibit of archival photos and images.” DVC members will also be able to enjoy complimentary soft drinks and Wi-Fi, and there is a children’s entertainment area.

A modern interior features a curved wall and purple geometric panels, seamlessly blending with the refurbished EPCOT aesthetic. The DVC Lounge-inspired space showcases a spiral staircase, bright overhead lighting, and display cases brimming with colorful products at the bottom.

A valid Membership Card and photo ID are required to access the lounge, and the name on the ID and Membership Card must match. A Member can bring up to four guests with them.
