Regal Cinemas Reveals ‘Moana 2’ Collectibles, Including Nacho Boat

As the opening date of Disney’s “Moana 2” approaches, Regal Cinemas has shared its lineup of collectibles that will be available for purchase, including Moana’s outrigger nacho boat.

The items were first revealed by Regal early in the morning on Monday, October 28 via social media. The full collection includes four collectible items, though the main graphic implies that guests will be able to purchase Funko Pops of Maui, the villain Matangi, Moana, and Moana’s little sister, Simea.

Easily the most exciting collectible, fans will have the opportunity to pick up Moana’s outrigger boat — but with nachos. This nacho boat features a sliding top that reveals an inner compartment perfectly sized to hold nacho chips and delicious “plastic cheese.”

Moana’s outrigger canoe will also be featured as part of a splash pad at the upcoming DVC Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.

Another collectible revealed is the Wave Popcorn Container, which features the ocean and Moana having a moment together. The Moana figure wears her new outfit from the sequel, and the “wave” is translucent blue, so you can see your popcorn inside.

The final two collectibles are the Collector’s Dome Cup and Popcorn Bucket. The dome cup features some bright yellow sand, a molded ocean, and Moana’s outrigger boat sailing along the crest of a wave. An included blue straw sticks out from the dome, leaving the scene uninterrupted as you sip. Maui and Moana are featured on the cup itself.

The popcorn bucket is a seemingly metal tin, as one would expect with classic souvenir theater buckets, and features the “Moana 2” wordmark alongside “Only in theatres.” While the full bucket art was not revealed, it can be assumed that Moana and possibly Maui will be featured.
