Disney has added seat numbers to the rat cars of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure in EPCOT.
Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure Seat Numbers
There are sets of numbers in each row, numbering 1, 2, and 3. They are on the backs of the bench seats. Currently, Cast Members aren’t using the numbers.
The numbers match the style of the row numbers in the boarding area. It’s possible Cast Members will start pointing using the numbers to more clearly indicate how many guests should be in each row. The seat numbers also might make it easier for Disney to open a single rider system.
A single rider queue has actually been part of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure since it opened in 2021, but it has never been used. There’s even a sign visible at the merge point of the regular queue and Lightning Lane queue. It reads, “Single Riders: all groups will be separated and assigned different vehicles.”
