The single rider line for Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure at EPCOT has finally opened.
Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure Single Rider Queue
Since the ride opened in the expanded France Pavilion three years ago, a single rider queue has been visible but unused. Disney recently added seat numbers to the rat ride vehicles, suggesting the single rider line would soon open. It opened for the first time on Monday, November 18.
The single riders entrance is on the left when approaching the attraction. The Lightning Lane is in the center and the stand-by entrance is on the right.
There is a wait time sign above the single riders entrance. It wasn’t displaying a time when we visited on Monday because there was essentially no wait for single riders. The stand-by wait time was 45 minutes.
Signs in the single rider queue remind guests that, if they are with a group, they will be separated and assigned different vehicles. If you want to stay with your group for the ride, you should use the stand-by queue.
We walked right past everyone else waiting.
A Cast Member said the singer rider line is permanent, not a test. However, single rider queues are not always open all day, every day or during special events.
The vehicles have signs numbering the seats of each row 1, 2, or 3. Cast Members weren’t sure if these are a permanent addition but they do indicate to guests how many people should be in a row, so they know to scoot over and make space for a single rider.
Test Track, Expedition Everest, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, and Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster are the only other Walt Disney World rides that offer single rider queues.

The ride is a replica of Ratatouille: L’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy at Walt Disney Studios Park in Disneyland Paris. The original Paris ride opened in 2014.
