The Grand Floridian Society Orchestra recently played their last concert in Disney World.

After a 32-year run playing in the lobby of the Grand Floridian and in The Disney Society Orchestra at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the orchestra announced they would not be returning after October 3rd. However, the band is getting back together in a new location!

It was just announced that the group will perform this holiday season at the Jolly Creek Winter Festival. The orchestra is under a new name: “The Jolly Creek Society Orchestra.” How exciting!

Fresh off their 32 year run at a “grand” hotel in Florida, we are so proud to have the Jolly Creek Society Orchestra join our event as the headliner.

They will begin performances at Jolly Creek on November 20th so head over to the festival hear some iconic Disney musicians! This holiday event takes place in Kissimmee, Florida. The orchestra will play every event night of the festival as the headliners. We were SO sad to see them leave Disney World, so this is super exciting news to us! Any show they are a part of puts a smile on our faces.

We are so ecstatic to see these incredible artists playing together again, even if only for a limited time! We will continue to keep you updated on the latest regarding Disney entertainment.
