Sebastian’s Bistro, the popular restaurant located in Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, has announced a short refurbishment closure in March 2025.

According to a new update on the official Walt Disney World website, Sebastian’s Bistro will close on March 25, 2025 for refurbishment. The announcement notes that the restaurant is expected to reopen by the end of March, though no exact date has been announced. Since March 25 is near the end of the month, the expected closure only about a week long. Guests staying at the resort are encouraged to utilize other dining options, including Centertown Market and Spyglass Grill.
