The service rolled out at both Disneyland and Disney World in late 2024, providing park guests with the option to skip the line at popular rides without needing to schedule a return time — at a hefty price. And now, the purchase window for Lightning Lane Premier Pass at Disneyland is changing.

Beginning February 25th, 2025, Disneyland visitors will be able to purchase Lightning Lane Premier Pass 7 days in advance of their park visit — which is currently the same as Disney World. Previously, those wishing to purchase Premier Pass for Disneyland were only able to do so up to 2 days before their visit.

As a refresher, Disney Genie+ has become Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Individual Lightning Lanes have become Lightning Lane Single Pass. On October 23rd, 2024, a NEW third option, the all-inclusive Lightning Lane Premier Pass made its debut.
