The fall 2025 Disney Pin Trading 25th anniversary event sold out within an hour of registration opening.
Disney Pin Event Sold Out
Disney announced the event last month. Registration opened at 1 p.m. ET on Thursday, June 12. By 1:15 p.m., Disney posted a message stating the Jubilee packages were sold out. At 1:59 p.m., they posted an update reading:
All packages are sold out – we are reopening the queue so guests can join the waitlist if they choose.

The event offered two packages: Celebratory and Jubilee. The Celebratory package was $149 per guest and included:
- Access to trading area on September 19 during event check-in
- Admission to the 25 Years of Disney Pin Trading event on September 20
- Opportunity to participate in the Random Selection Process (“RSP”) to purchase event pins prior to the September 20 event
- Access to trading activities with Disney
- Access to trading area with other event guests
- Opportunity to meet Disney Pin Partners and preview upcoming pins
- Pin Artist Signings
- Opportunity to participate in the On-Site RSP and/or Pin Design Experience Bidding
- One (1) pin vending machine transaction
- Limited Edition Commemorative Gifts – Approximately $100 in retail value.
- Welcome Pin: Features Pin on pin, Glitter, Iridescent Stone
- Goodbye Pin: Features 2 on a card pin set with pin on pin and magnets
- Event Lanyard with Credential and PVC Dangle
The Jubilee package was $269 per guest and included:
- Access to trading area on September 19
during event check-in - Admission to the 25 Years of Disney Pins Celebration on September 20
- Opportunity to participate in the Random Selection Process (“RSP”) to purchase event pins prior to the September 20 event
- Access to trading activities with Disney
- Access to trading area with other event guests
- Opportunity to meet Disney Pin Partners and preview upcoming pins
- Pin Artist Signings
- Opportunity to participate in the On-Site RSP and/or Pin Design Experience Bidding
- Two (2) pin vending machine transactions
- Preferences for each round of the Random Selection Process of event pins will be processed first
- Exclusive early admission (12:30pm) at Event Check-In on September 19
- One and half (1.5) hours (9am-10:30am) early access to event offerings on September 20
- Limited Edition Commemorative Gifts – Approximately $175 in retail value.
- Welcome Pin: Features Pin on pin, Glitter, Iridescent Stone
- Goodbye Pin: Features 2 on a card pin set with pin on pin and magnets
- Event Lanyard with Credential and PVC Dangle
- Jubilee Package Gift Pin: Mini Jumbo pin with glitter
A Cele-BRUNCH-ion add-on was available for $119 and included:
- Access to a private brunch on September 19 from 10-11:30 am at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, Fiesta 6 Ballroom.
- Limited Edition Commemorative Gift Pin
- Pin Artist Mix & Mingle
- Thirty (30) minutes (10am-10:30am) early access to event offerings on September 20
The event will be on September 20, 2025 at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort Convention Center. Check out the catalog of pins that will be available for purchase at the event.
