Carthay Circle To Offer NEW Menu and Alfresco Dining Upon Reopening at Disneyland Resort!

Although most of Disneyland Resort remains closed, guests visiting Disneyland Resort will soon get to step back into Disney California Adventure for shopping and dining.

Disney California Adventure Park

California Adventure’s Buena Vista Street will reopen with a limited number of stores and restaurants available, including the Carthay Circle Lounge.

But things will be a little different at Carthay Circle Lounge than previously. For starters, the restaurant is getting a new menu with small plates of Mediterranean-California light types of food created by Chefs Andrew Sutton and Alex Flores.

Carthay Circle Longe New Menu

The seasonal menu will feature the Carthay shrimp roll, harissa-roasted lamb, soy-glazed salmon, lemon-crusted fish of the day, and an artisan cheese board. Kids will have options that include orecchiette pasta with marinara and orange dragon chicken skewers. As always, adults can sip on specialty cocktails and other alcoholic beverages.

Another big change is that all dining will now be alfresco, meaning outdoors. Carthay Circle Lounge has expanded its outdoor seating area with views of Buena Vista Street.

Buena Vista Street reopens to guests on November 19th. Important note: also beginning on November 19th, parking will cost $10 at the Simba Lot at the Downtown Disney District. Capacity into California Adventure will be limited, and Disneyland could utilize something similar to the mobile dine walk-up waitlist system used by Disney World.
