If you’ve been dreaming of a Disney World getaway without wrecking your bank account, you’ll want to hear this.

Disney has just dropped an exclusive hotel deal for Florida and Georgia residents, and we’re talking rates as low as $129 a night. That’s right — you can stay on Disney property, get all the perks, and still have plenty of cash left for snacks, merch, and maybe a DOLE Whip (or three). We’ve got the full details on when, where, and how to lock this in so you can make the most of it before the clock runs out.

Here’s the Deal

If you live in Florida or Georgia, you can save up to 35% on rooms at select Disney Resorts Collection hotels when you stay four or more consecutive nights from August 1st through October 11th, 2025. Shorter stays still get a discount, just not quite as steep — but it’s still worth it.

That means you could grab a Value Resort for as low as $129 a night (depending on the dates and hotel you choose), or go for a Deluxe stay at a fraction of the usual price. The catch? You’ve got to act fast and meet a few requirements, like having your billing address in Florida or Georgia and booking before the offer disappears.

Why Staying on Property Matters

Sure, you can stay off-site and sometimes pay less, but staying in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel comes with some major perks:

• You’re surrounded by that over-the-top Disney theming 24/7.
• Complimentary Disney transportation to and from the parks.
• Early theme park entry every day.
• Extra resort activities, pools, dining, and legendary Disney service.

And if you’ve ever tried to hop in your car after a long park day vs. catching a quick Disney bus? You know the difference is priceless.

The Savings Breakdown

Disney’s sorted the discount into three tiers depending on where you stay and how long. Here’s the quick rundown:

How to Book

You can book online through Disney’s official site or by calling (407) 939-5277 to speak with a vacation planning expert. A travel agent can also handle it for you if you want someone else to do the legwork.

Important fine print:

• This offer can’t be combined with other discounts.
• Certain room types are excluded (like Bungalows at the Polynesian and 3-Bedroom Grand Villas).
• Extra adult charges apply if more than 2 adults stay in Value, Moderate, or Deluxe Studios.
• Your payment method must have a Florida or Georgia billing address.
• Theme park admission is not included, and depending on your ticket type, theme park reservations may still be required.

Tips for Making the Most of This Deal

If you’re planning to go for four nights or longer, you’ll get the biggest percentage off. But even a shorter stay could make sense if you’re eyeing a Value Resort rate like $129 — that’s cheaper than some off-site hotels with far fewer perks.

Want to stretch your savings even further?

• Book weekdays instead of weekends when possible.
• Choose dates in late August or September when crowds are lower.
• If you’re not tied to one specific hotel, price out a few to see which tier gives you the best deal for your budget.

Our Take

Disney hotel rates can be intimidating, but this is one of those rare times where residents get a serious leg up. If you’re local (or close enough to count), it’s worth booking a quick staycation or turning your usual park day trip into a mini vacation. Even if you’ve been holding off because of prices, this offer makes Deluxe resorts a little more realistic and Value resorts an absolute steal. Just remember to book before the window closes — these promos don’t stick around forever.
