Enzo’s Hideaway at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World will introduce a new kind of pairing experience this fall. On October 11, the restaurant will host the first-ever Mindful Midday Pairing, created in partnership with the non-alcoholic spirits brand Aplós.
The afternoon event will showcase Enzo’s signature Italian cuisine alongside innovative, alcohol-free cocktails crafted with Aplós’ botanical blends. Guests will be treated to a three-course Italian lunch, with each dish carefully paired to complement a non-alcoholic cocktail.
Adding to the experience, Enzo’s Hideaway Executive Chef Ben Dodaro and Aplós Liquid Creative Director Lynnette Marrero will both be on hand to share their perspectives. Chef Dodaro will highlight the inspiration behind the menu, while Marrero will explain the artistry and flavors of the pairings.
The event will be held in Enzo’s private dining space, beginning at 1 p.m. Attendance is limited. While all beverages will be non-alcoholic, guests must be 21 or older to participate. Tickets are priced at $75 per person, plus tax and a 20% prepaid gratuity.
The Mindful Midday Pairing marks the first collaboration of its kind for Enzo’s Hideaway, offering a new take on a traditional food-and-drink pairing by focusing on mindful enjoyment, bold flavors, and a unique culinary perspective.
