Happy Zoogether Day!

The day has finally come, the newest addition to Disney’s Animal Kingdom at Disney World, Zootopia: Better Zoogether!, is officially here. We had to stop by the park to check out the brand-new attraction, and we’re giving you a look inside, along with tons of new information. Let’s get straight into it!

Zootopia: Better Zoogether! is located in the Tree of Life theatre, where “It’s Tough to Be a Bug” used to be. The show offers all sorts of 4D fun as you step into the world of Zootopia, where you can expect to see all types of performances from animals from all biomes.

We’re checking out the new attraction later today, but before then, Disney has shared tons of new photos of the attraction! Starting off strong, we got a look at the brand-new sign for the attraction, which even features Clawhauser and Flash from the movie.

We also saw pictures of the new queue line! There are displays throughout the waiting area to keep guests entertained. They even had a “Pawdora” jewelry for you to check out.

There was a bulletin board with tons of posters, buttons, and even newspaper clippings with tons of nods to the show. We even saw a “Preybill” which is a nod to the old posters that were in the Tough To Be A Bug attraction. In the last attraction, they had tons of musical and theatrical posters in the queue that were nods to real shows, so we were thrilled to see this subtle nod to those!

We also got to see new pictures of the “Carrot Vision” glasses!

Disney shared photos of the first previews, and guests seemed to be really getting into it!

The Zootopia Day is to celebrate the animals’ “right to party” and is hosted by Heidi Howler. She even uses a “t-shirt cannon” during the festivities! Clawhauser helps Heidi introduce the acts while trying to become the V.I.Z. (Very Important Zootopian – the lucky mammal who will get special access to the Zoogether Day performers).

Not every act goes perfectly, so Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps swoop in to help things along the way. We’re checking out the show right now and will be sure to report on every detail! Plus, the new song shares the message “we love what we’ve got! It’s a melting pot!” They sing “We are Zoo-nited in every way. Neighbor to Neighbor. Prey and prey.”

This song is sure to get stuck in our heads. We’re so happy the show is finally here! It’s the first of a few new attractions coming to the park, so the future is exciting for Animal Kingdom.
