Disney Vacation Club has published its annual dues for the 2026 calendar year with most resorts seeing increases of 6-7% over the current year.  On the heels of its refurbishment, owners at Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort are hit wil an increase of more than 9% over 2025 rates.
