Everything We Ate at the SeaWorld Seven Seas Food Festival

We’re halfway through the 2026 Seven Seas Food Festival at SeaWorld Orlando, and recently, we were invited out to the park to check out the menu offerings and enjoy a performance by The Beach Boys with special guest John Stamos.

This year’s festival offers a new twist: rotating menus! Throughout the season, limited-time menu items will debut at several booths and eventually leave the festival. This new offering allows for more reasons to visit the festival and dine your way through everything each booth has to offer.

We kicked things off with the Caribbean Market (booth 4), located in the Waterfront area, to try the rotational item for March 9 – April 12 — Beef Ropa Vieja. The beef had a nice flavor and came across a little peppery and spicy. It was super tender and juicy, which we appreciated. When mixed with the accompanying rice, the rice soaked up all the juice from the meat. Together, it all tastes pretty good!

At the same booth, we also tried the mocktail option available, the Coconut Limeade. For the cost ($9.99), it was very much a “tasting” size, as the cup was super small. As for the flavor, we could barely taste the advertised coconut and found the mocktail to be similar in taste to a mass-market limeade juice.

Next up was the Polynesian Market (booth 6), also in the Waterfront area. Here we tried two items: the Kalu Pork (the rotational item for March 9 – April 12), and Hawaiian Macaroni Salad.

The Kalu Pork was ridiculously good. It came served on a giant piece of bread, which was sweet and delicious with a slight toasting that was just right. The pork itself was tender and smoky. If you like a smoky pulled pork, you’ll love this.

As for the Hawaiian Macaroni Salad, we thought it was very refreshing on a hot Florida day. It’s on the sweeter side for a mac salad, though we didn’t mind too much. It’s also a nicely sized portion for the price, which is always appreciated.

We then made our way over to the Mediterranean Market (booth 13) in the Nautilus area of the park to try the rotating menu option for March 9 – April 12, Gyro Fries. Like everything else so far, these were really good! It tasted like a gyro but with potatoes. The meat was tender and flavorful, and the seasoning on the fries was a step-up in texture. The tzatziki and feta also offered a nice creaminess to the dish overall.

The final item we tried was the Bratwurst Hoagie at the German Market (booth 20) near Orca Stadium. Like nearly every other item we tried this day, the hoagie is another rotating menu item from March 9 – April 12.

The bratwurst itself was pretty good, with a nice snap to it. The peppers and onions were cooked just enough to offer a nice snap and crunch, and both gave the hoagie a tasty flavor. The mustard on the hoagie was also not too spicy, if that’s something you don’t enjoy.

This year’s Seven Seas Food Festival runs Thursdays through Sundays now through May 17, 2026. With 29 booths to choose from and several rotating menu items throughout the season, we think the best way to make the most of your money is to purchase one of the sampling lanyards.

There are three options available: a 10-item lanyard for $74.99, a 15-item lanyard for $89.99, and a pass member-exclusive 18-item lanyard for $89.99. Breaking each one down by cost per item, the 10-item lanyard makes each item around $7.50, the 15-item lanyard makes each item about $6, and the pass member lanyard makes each item about $5.
