The next time we find ourselves in Singapore, we know where we’re staying…
During a recent visit to Singapore, before we set sail with the Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship — the Disney Adventure – we stayed at a legendary hotel that is prominent even among the Singapore skyline. We’re talking about the incredible Marina Bay Sands — and we’re taking you on a tour of our hotel room!
The Marina Bay Sands is famous for its unbelievable views, ridiculously cool infinity pool, and its futuristic rooms. Speaking of which, let’s check out ours!
We stayed in the Double Queen Room, and it is PACKED with some elite goodies.
The room itself isn’t massive, but the beds are comfy, and the space is utilized well.
There’s modern art on the walls, it’s well-lit, and a resting space with a table and chair.
The TV is also huge, giving you a fantastic entertainment setup.
The bedside table is also pretty special, featuring outlets (you’ll need an adapter if you’re visiting from the U.S.), as well as a clock and charging stations built into the table. There are also switches that control the lights and the room.
You’ll find more of these throughout the high-tech room.
Of course, you’ll also find the basics here, like closet space, an ironing setup, and a safe.
There are also tons of extras, like slippers and self-care products.
Storing clothes shouldn’t be an issue.
As a luxury room, there are also some free snacks and drinks included in your rate.
Pull out a drawer, and you’ll find coffee pods.
Pull out another, and you’ll spot some tasty local snacks!
The room takes care of you with several unique offerings that really drive home the idea of a luxury stay.
With that said, the bar area impressed us the most.
Stocked with teas and fancy glasses, kettles, and dishware, this is something you won’t find just anywhere.
Elegant and elevated, this setup absolutely floored us.
Simply put, if you’re big into tea, this room is heaven.
Let’s check out the bathroom!
Decked out in marble, the bathroom contains two sinks, one vanity, a tub, a shower, and more.
It even has a digital scale!
The shower is really cool, featuring a bench and a movable shower head.
Like many other elevated stays, this room also includes bathrobes for its guests.
And wrapping it all up, we have to talk about that view! We got a great view of the skyline, making our visit extra special!
