Walt Disney Imagineering filed nine permits for electrical work in the new Tropical Americas land at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The permits cover a variety of locations in the former DinoLand, including the Encanto and Indiana Jones rides.
Tropical Americas Permits
The permits all contract Pro Audio Video Inc. The company was also recently contracted for the Animation Courtyard reimagining in Disney’s Hollywood Studios and has worked on several Disney projects.
Here are the addresses on each permit and their approximate locations:
- 504 DinoLand Drive and 610 DinoLand Drive: Encanto ride
- 580 DinoLand Drive: backstage pump building
- 590 DinoLand Drive: former Chester & Hester’s Dinosaur Treasures
- 594 DinoLand Drive: former Donald Duck meet and greet
- 671 DinoLand Drive: former The Boneyard entrance, approximate location of new wood-carved carousel
- 672 DinoLand Drive: former Dino-Bite Snacks dining area
- 501 Restaurantosaurus Road: former DINOSAUR ride, soon-to-be Indiana Jones ride
- 601 Restaurantosaurus Road: former Restaurantosaurus, soon-to-be a quick-service hacienda
