Thomas Mazloum, who succeeded Josh D’Amaro as Chairman of Disney Experiences, lists his priorities for the position.
Chairman of Disney Experiences Priorities
Mazloum has run Disneyland Resort since March 2025 as Disneyland President. He is now Chairman of Disney Experiences. His priorities include:
- Execution, deliver on what has been promised
- Focus on what truly matters, make decisions for the Guest experience
- Protect the trust of Disneyʼs importance
Mazloum began his Disney career in 1998 as a hotel director for Disney Cruise Line and later ran Disney Signature Experiences, which includes Disney Vacation Club, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney and more. He was also Senior Vice President of Operations at Walt Disney World, overseeing 31 Disney resort hotels, as well as Disney Springs, ESPN Wide World of Sports and transportation operations.
Josh D’Amaro succeeded Bob Iger as Disney’s chief executive officer, and D’Amaro’s previous role is now led by Mazloum.
The Disney Experiences segment employs more than 185,000 people worldwide and delivered nearly $10 billion in operating income last year — accounting for over half of the company’s total earnings.
