NEW Saratoga Springs Treehouse Villas Include Mulan, Princess and the Frog, The Rescuers, Cinderella, Tangled, Fox and the Hound, & Sleeping Beauty Decor

Disney confirmed that the Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa will soon be refurbished in phases. We just got our first look at the refurbished units, which include Mulan, Princess and the Frog, Cinderella, and more.

Treehouse Villas Refurbishment

The Treehouse Villas will be refurbished in phases through mid-September 2026. This means not all the villas will have to close at the same time.
