Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort gingerbread house will not return for the 2026 holiday season, or any future years, as Disney is permanently retiring it. As expected, the classic Cinderella Castle Dream Lights will not be illuminating the castle at the Magic Kingdom this year. Walt Disney World announced various special offers available for guests visiting during the holiday season, which officially runs from November 13, 2026 through January 6, 2027.
