Nike has teed up three new Disney-inspired polo shirts featuring designs from Star Wars, Pixar, and Mickey Mouse. The performance shirts are listed on the Disney Store for prices ranging from $70 to $105.
Each lightweight polo incorporates Nike’s moisture-wicking Dri-FIT technology and stretch fabric designed to provide freedom of movement on and off the golf course.
Star Wars LIGHTSABER Polo for Adults – $80
The Star Wars LIGHTSABER Polo for Adults is solid black with a subtle ribbed texture and a slight sheen.
Crossed red and blue lightsabers are embroidered over the left side of the chest. Their brightly colored blades and detailed silver-and-white hilts stand out against the otherwise flat black shirt. A white Nike swoosh is embroidered on the left sleeve.
The polo has a flat collar, a two-button placket, short sleeves, and four-way stretch. It is made from 90% polyester and 10% spandex.
Pixar Performance Polo for Adults – $70
The pale blue-gray Pixar Performance Dri-FIT Polo Shirt celebrates the 40th anniversary of Pixar Animation Studios.
Pixar’s Luxo Jr. lamp and signature star ball are embroidered together over the left side of the chest. The lamp is rendered primarily in white thread, while the nearby Pixar Ball incorporates its familiar yellow, blue, and red colors. A black Nike swoosh appears on the left sleeve.
The lightweight shirt has a flat collar, two-button placket, straight hem, short sleeves, and four-way stretch-knit construction. The fabric is 90% polyester and 10% spandex.
Mickey Mouse Polo for Adults – $105
The Mickey Mouse Plaid Performance Dri-FIT Polo Shirt combines a traditional golf-course look with a subtle Disney character detail.
A smiling black-and-white Mickey face is embroidered over the left side of the chest. The light-colored shirt has an all-over plaid pattern formed by thin blue, gray, and orange lines.
Nike branding appears on the left sleeve and back. Other details include a three-button placket, rolled cuffs, short sleeves, and side vents at the hem. The soft stretch-knit shirt is made from 96% polyester and 4% spandex – slightly more polyester and less spandex compared to the first two designs.
