Disney Eats Spotlights Princess-inspired Treats

Disney Eats has shared a collection of 12 Disney Princess-inspired treats that will be available across Walt Disney World for World Princess Week August 16-22. The lineup includes three new desserts, as well as returning sweets and beverages inspired by Tiana, Ariel, Belle, Aurora, Moana, and more.
Disney Springs
NEW Princess of the Bayou

Amorette’s Patisserie
The new Princess of the Bayou is made with vanilla chiffon, pistachio-praline crunch, orange pâte de fruit, and pistachio mousse. The green-and-yellow dessert appears to draw inspiration from Tiana’s bayou transformation in The Princess and the Frog. Curved green chocolate leaves surround the mousse, while a chocolate lily pad and small water lily-shaped topper complete the presentation.
Mermaid Caramel Ganache Pop

The Ganachery
The Mermaid Caramel Ganache Pop features salted caramel ganache covered in milk chocolate. Its rectangular chocolate shell is textured like rolling waves, dusted with blue and purple colors, and decorated with an orange starfish.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Belle Cup of Enchantment

Fairfax Fare
Inspired by Belle from Beauty and the Beast, the Cup of Enchantment combines cranberry juice with Minute Maid Passion Fruit Orange Guava Juice. The golden-orange beverage is finished with yellow shimmer and strawberry boba pearls.
Bubbles of the Sea

ABC Commissary and Market
Bubbles of the Sea is made with Gold Peak Sweet Green Tea, lemon juice, pineapple, and guava. Green boba pearls float over the pale, shimmering beverage, evoking bubbles rising through the ocean in The Little Mermaid.
Magic Kingdom
Aurora Cone

Storybook Treats
The Aurora Cone combines strawberry DOLE Whip and blue soft-serve in a blue sugar cone. The two colors are swirled together in a nod to the fairies’ disagreement over the color of Aurora’s dress in Sleeping Beauty. White chocolate crispy pearls are scattered across the soft-serve.
Tiana’s Famous Beignets

Golden Oak Outpost
Tiana’s Famous Beignets are light, fluffy pastries covered in powdered sugar and drizzled with honey, a sweet staple of New Orleans cuisine. The square treats take inspiration specifically from the beignets served by Tiana in The Princess and the Frog.
EPCOT
The Royal Chef’s Dessert Plate
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, Norway Pavilion

The Royal Chef’s Dessert Plate presents an assortment of Norwegian-inspired desserts during the Disney Princess dining experience at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall.

NEW Tiana’s Caramel Éclair

Riverside Mill Food Court and Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory
The new Tiana’s Caramel Éclair is filled with honey crémeux, caramel, and spiced pecans. Its green éclair shell is filled with piped cream, caramel, and pecan pieces. Guests can find the éclair at both Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside and Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter.
Disney’s Riviera Resort
NEW Lemon Blueberry Entremet

Le Petit Café
The new Lemon Blueberry Entremet is composed of blueberry mousse, lemon chiffon cake, lemon curd, and blueberry compote. The glossy purple dessert is decorated with a trail of yellow frosting resembling Rapunzel’s long braided hair, colorful flowers, and a white chocolate medallion bearing the sun emblem of Corona from Tangled.
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
The Ocean Chose You

Capt. Cook’s and Kona Island
Inspired by Moana, The Ocean Chose You combines banana chiffon, caramel-milk chocolate mousse, dark chocolate-banana crumbs, vanilla syrup, and buttercream. The round cake is covered in bright blue buttercream with sculpted waves around its base. Crumbs across the top resemble sand, accompanied by a pink flower, a seashell, and a green heart of Te Fiti decoration.
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
Tiana’s Mint Chocolate Chip Bar

Gasparilla Island Grill
Tiana’s Mint Chocolate Chip Bar features mint chocolate chip mousse over a cocoa biscuit. The smooth green bar rests on a thin chocolate cookie base and is topped with a long decorative chocolate piece featuring a lotus and gold flourishes inspired by Tiana.
