Mickey and Minnie debuted these costumes in 2024 and began meeting together in 2025. Mickey has green pants with a spiderweb pattern and a matching jacket. Beneath the jacket, he wears a pink vest and green spider bow tie. His hat is purple with more spider imagery. Minnie is wearing a stylized witch costume with a green spiderweb skirt, purple blouse with flowing sleeves, and a spider-patterned pointy hat.

Jack and Sally debuted new looks last year and are the same this year. The couple has a dedicated room with a graveyard backdrop. The shadow of Oogie Boogie is seen on the moon, and the floor has waved lines to help it match the theming.

Guests also get a Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party-branded autograph card to take home. It comes prepared with both characters’ autographs. This one is new this year.

The Market Street welcome trail is available from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. This year, it features The Haunted Mansion-inspired set pieces and characters. A butler speaks to guests from this platform, which has a “31” plaque for the event’s 31st year.

You might be able to take a photo with the gravediggers from Mickey’s Boo to You Parade.

You might see Miss Carlotta or Madam Renatta on this platform at the end of the trail before they move to the Haunted Mansion for the evening.

While Captain Jack previously appeared during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, he now leads a show with fellow pirates.

Chip and Dale are both wearing skeleton vests, orange bat-shaped bow ties, and bat-wing capes with a spider web pattern.

Three members of the Country Bears roam sections of Frontierland. All three wear colored vests in blue, purple, and red.

The three Hitchhiking Ghosts are visible periodically throughout the evening. Phineas, Ezra, and Gus are wearing white and blue costumes that mirror their appearance from The Haunted Mansion.

Mirabel and Bruno meet under the Gazebo in Liberty Square. Mirabel is wearing her white embroidered top and teal skirt, while Bruno wears his hooded green poncho and brown shirt.

The Alice in Wonderland characters usually rotate between the Queen of Hearts, Alice, and the Mad Hatter.

Cinderella’s stepsisters, Anastasia and Drizella, are wandering Fantasyland, usually near the back side of Cinderella Castle. They are sometimes joined by Lady Tremaine.

Both Maleficent and the Evil Queen are meeting guests in the queue area of Princess Fairytale Hall.

Ariel and Eric meet as a couple, with Ariel wearing her blue dress and sporting human legs.

Gaston can be found near Gaston’s Tavern wearing his usual red tunic, black pants, boots, and gloves.

Winnie the Pooh and a few of his friends, including Piglet, Eeyore, and Tigger, stand together, each wearing a costume specifically for Halloween. Pooh is dressed as a bee, Piglet is a butterfly, Eeyore is a clown, and Tigger is a pirate.

Pluto is standing near the entrance to Storybook Circus. While he is outdoors and not in a traditional meet and greet space, he is not considered “wandering” and still has a line for taking pictures.
