Disney’s Animal Kingdom will host Extended Evening Hours on one Tuesday in October. Extended Evening Hours are usually held at EPCOT on Mondays and Magic Kingdom on Wednesdays.
Extended Evening Hours
On Tuesday, October 20, guests at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels can enjoy an extra two hours at Disney’s Animal Kingdom from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
On the same day, Disney’s Hollywood Studios closes early for a private buyout, a possible reason for the extra hours at Animal Kingdom.
During Extended Evening Hours at Animal Kingdom, these rides are open:
- Avatar Flight of Passage
- Expedition Everest – Legend of the Forbidden Mountain
- Na’vi River Journey
- Zootopia: Better Zoogether!
Animal Kingdom also has Extended Evening Hours on Wednesday, August 26 and Wednesday, September 2, while Disney’s Hollywood Studios is offering extended hours on several Wednesdays in September and October, replacing Magic Kingdom.
