Disney is spotlighting the guides who take guests behind the scenes of Magic Kingdom with a new special edition doll.
“Guest Relations Cast Member” Special Edition Doll
The Magic Kingdom Guest Relations Cast Member Special Edition Doll will debut at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event before becoming available through Disney Store, according to a preview from Instagram user Magic Keep.
The figure wears the blue plaid, equestrian-inspired costume associated with cast members who lead scheduled Magic Kingdom guided experiences, including Disney’s Keys to the Kingdom Tour.
Most guests are more familiar with Walt Disney World’s Private VIP Tour guides, who wear a different contemporary costume consisting of a white button-up shirt with tartan accents and dark trousers. Those guides can frequently be seen accompanying private groups throughout all four Walt Disney World theme parks.
The blue costume represented by the doll is less commonly spotted because it is primarily worn by guides leading separately ticketed Magic Kingdom tours. Disney’s Keys to the Kingdom Tour is a five-hour walking experience covering the history, design, backstage areas, and underground Utilidor system of Magic Kingdom.
The doll mirrors the uniform worn by those tour guides with its blue-and-white plaid skirt, complete with a dark blue vest and white ruffled blouse. A blue cape, white knee-high socks, blue shoes, and a matching riding-style cap complete the signature look. She also has a cast member name tag, gold-toned pin, and miniature riding crop.
A miniature Orange Bird figure is included with the doll. The character has been associated with Magic Kingdom since its earliest years and remains represented at Sunshine Tree Terrace in Adventureland.
The packaging repeats the tartan pattern around its borders. A black-and-white view of Main Street, U.S.A., and Cinderella Castle forms the backdrop behind the doll, while the front identifies it as the “Guest Relations Cast Member” Special Edition Doll for 2026.
A price and edition size have not been announced.
The doll will debut during D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, taking place August 14–16 at the Anaheim Convention Center. It is then scheduled to become available through DisneyStore.com on August 17 at 8 a.m. PT, while supplies last. Disney Parks Blog confirmed the online launch time for select merchandise offered at D23 Marketplace and the Disney Store booth.
