If you love Disney World, food, and signature experiences, then it’s likely you’ve already heard about the exciting Uncorked event series at Wine Bar George.

This is a series of events hosted throughout the Food & Wine Festival season at Disney Springs, and it looks like a brand-new offering was just added.
The Uncorked event series really is a dream experience for anyone who loves high-quality food and wine. This event is described as “a signature event series bringing together the best of food and wine through a season of immersive, expert-led experiences. From chef-led demonstrations and inspired food & wine pairings to in-depth tasting experiences, each event is crafted for those who love to eat, drink, and discover.”

This series is already proving very popular, with several events fully sold out, which is why we were so excited to see that they announced a new offering. On Thursday, October 1st at 6:30 PM, guests can experience the Borgogno Wine Dinner.

This event will celebrate “the legendary wines of Borgogno, one of Piedmont’s oldest producers. Founded in 1761, Borgogno has spent centuries perfecting the art of Barolo, and this October we’re bringing that legacy to Disney Springs for one unforgettable night….Borgogno’s Fabio Valpreda and Wine Bar George’s Executive Chef Will Davison will guide guests through a thoughtfully composed six-course dinner, with each dish crafted to highlight and complement the estate’s elegant, structured reds.”

This seems like it will be an absolutely incredible night! This event will be three hours long and cost $345 to attend, and if you are interested in participating, we would suggest grabbing your tickets soon since space is limited and many other events have sold out.
