The entrance sign is officially finished for Hurly-Burly at Disney’s BoardWalk, the jazz club replacing JellyRolls piano bar, which closed in April 2025.
Hurly-Burly Jazz Club Sign Installed
Yesterday, we reported that the Hurly-Burly sign was in the early stages of being installed, and several letters were in the process of being completed earlier today. Since then, all the letters in the sign have been installed.
The block letters feature a red edge with a yellow center and are outlined with carnival spotlights.
The entrance itself is still not quite done, as tarps and paint supplies are still stage need the doors. The windows and the double red doors have blue tape and clear wrapping on the glass.
The ceiling above the entrance has been painted white, though the paint application looks unfinished.
We couldn’t see clearly into the jazz club, as black fabric hanging in front of the windows in the inside of the building was obscuring the interior from view. We could only see some gold scalloped detailing and an ornate, round light fixture.
Hurly-Burly Jazz Club
Hurly-Burly officially opens October 1 at Disney’s BoardWalk in the location that once housed Jellyrolls. Themed to a historic seaside theatre, the lounge will offer family-friendly activities like trivia and games in the afternoon. At night, it will become a live music venue exclusive to guests aged 21+, with coastal-inspired cocktails and light bites. Check out the full menu of drinks and food here.
Hurly-Burly will also have an outside walk-up bar window where guests can order select beverages, including alcohol.
The Jellyrolls owners have already announced they will be opening a new location in the Lake Buena Vista area sometime later this year.
