It’s always Oktoberfest in EPCOT’s Germany Pavilion, and the Biergarten restaurant has colorful new banners to match the festival mood.
New Banners Hung at Biergarten
If you’re headed to the Germany Pavilion in EPCOT for a hearty meal at Biergarten, colorful new banners on the walkway posts and the building now bid you Willkommen!
The yellow shield-shaped banners hanging between the planters let you know you’re in “Der Biergarten,” where you’ll find “Authentic German Cuisine and Lively Entertainment.” A green square in the middle reads “Celebrating Oktoberfest Every Day,” surrounded by a Bauernmalerei-inspired folk art design of red and yellow flower buds.
Above the entrance to the restaurant, a green banner with scalloped edges welcomes you to Oktoberfest, advertising the restaurant’s German Buffet and “Live Polka Musik.” The text is surrounded by the same botanical design.
A similar banner is hung over the Sommerfest quick-service side, but its main focus is “Snacks”: bratwurst, pretzels, and “bier & wein.”
Biergarten Restaurant is an Oktoberfest-themed buffet offering a variety of German menu items, open from noon to 8 p.m. for lunch and dinner. Prices are $49 for adults and $28 for children (ages 3-9), with alcoholic beverages costing extra.
