In early July, scaffolding installation began above the gift shop at the Tower of Terror, and then moved to the front of the facade facing the rest of the park.

In our last update, scaffolding was installed all the way around the attractions. The ride remains operational, with gaps in the scaffolding for guests to view from the windows.

Since then, a small portion of the scaffolding has been removed to reveal some of the refurbished facade on the side of the building by the attraction and gift shop exit. It has a weathered and cracked look. However, there are some cut-out squares revealing a yellow layer underneath.
