Crews are starting to remove scaffolding from the restrooms building in Monstropolis at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. When the area was Muppets Courtyard, the building was themed to Gonzo’s Royal Flush, but it now has monstrous details.

Though the scaffolding framework is still in place, platforms and scrims are gone. Compare to our photo from just a few days ago:

Although crews are starting to dismantle this scaffolding, work on the building isn’t complete. The gray trims and scale shingles will be painted later on.

Some riveted details on the corner and between the fake windows were already painted a golden brown. In Monstropolis concept art (below), the building is primarily brown and green.

The restrooms are attached to the former PizzeRizzo, soon-to-be Archie’s Scare Pig Pizza.
