Some of the wood walls and beige scrim have been removed at the Rancho Del Zocalo Restaurante in Disneyland, revealing a refreshed facade.

Facade Refreshed at Rancho Del Zocalo

Since our last update, some of the beige scrim and weathered wood walls that covered Rancho Del Zocalo Restaurante’s patio and courtyard have been removed. Rancho Del Zocalo, located in Frontierland, is a Mexican restaurant distinguished by its Spanish-style courtyard decorated with colorful tilework and glass lanterns. 

With the removal of the scrim and walls, we could see that the facades and the balconies of the Spanish-style buildings have been refreshed with new paint.

Many of the props and potted plants found on the balconies have also been updated, replacing the previously faded props.

The right side of the restaurant still has some wood walls and beige scrim up, so work is not yet complete.

The middle section of seating is also still closed to guests, and more of the wood walls can be seen blocking the archways inside the covered patio.

As announced earlier in September, Rancho Del Zocalo recently debuted several new menu items, including chicken tostada salad, nachos, and assorted slushies. You can read our reviews here.
